Amybeth McNulty hails from Canada and Ireland. She is known for her role as the main character Anne Shirley in the CBC/Netflix drama series Anne with an E, based on the 1908 book Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maud Montgomery. Amybeth McNulty is the only daughter of Canadian as well as Irish parents. Amybeth was born in Milford County Donegal on 7th November 2001. Amybeth was born on the 7th of November 2001 in Ireland. When they first met in school, Gilbert teased Anne by giving her the nickname Carrots. Amybeth McNulty plays Anne, an unwed and orphaned teenager with a history filled with abuse at the homes and orphanages. In the latter part of 1890, Anne is mistakenly sent to stay with her elderly brothers Marilla as well as Matthew Cuthbert who live on Prince Edward Island. The story ends in 1919. Gilbert and Anne are happy. Gilbert is 55 years old, and still in love with Anne.
